Lime in the coconut cocktail a perfect drink for summer nights on the patio

A Lime in the Coconut cocktail is shown in this undated handout photo. This cocktail is all the rage this summer for sipping on the patio. If entertaining, take the work out of hosting by laying out all the plates, cutlery and condiments in advance. THE CANADIAN PRESS/HO, Bacardi
