Grade 8 students Payton Oberg, Sara Franklin and Krista Smith decide which flowers should be placed in new planters at the Therapeutic Animal Park on June 23. The Weyburn Junior High Grade 8 classes took the morning to help clean up around the park by replanting flowers, raking and gathering leaves and hauling gravel and wood chips into animal yards. The year-end project was an opportunity for the students to show how to be meaningful stewards and citizens in the community.
