Boise State Athletics will honour former Bronco men's golfer Graham DeLaet on Friday, Mar. 28, for "A Bronco Celebration with Graham DeLaet".

In addition to a video highlighting DeLaet's career from college until now, the "Voice of the Broncos" Bob Behler, will also interview DeLaet on stage. DeLaet will answer questions from audience members.

"Looking forward to coming back to the Blue," tweeted DeLaet last week.

DeLaet is currently ranked 30th in the world, according to the most recent edition of the Official World Golf Rankings, and also ranks 13th on the 2014 PGA Tour Money List, having already earned more than $1.6 million.

DeLaet, currently 12th in the FedExCup Standings, finished tied for eighth at the Valspar Championship, his sixth top 10 finish in his last nine events.

The next event on the tour for DeLaet, according to his website, will be the Shell Houston Open, which will be held in Texas from April 3 to 6.

Then following that tournament, DeLaet will play his very first Masters Tournament, which starts April 10 at the Augusta Golf Course. He will become the first Saskatchewan golfer to take part in the Masters Tournament, which is entering its 78th year.

Another big tournament for DeLaet, later in June, will be the inaugural Canada Cup Match in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Canada Cup will feature three Canadian PGA Tour stars Mike Weir, Graham DeLaet and David Hearn as they compete in a fierce head-to-head battle against an international squadron of PGA Tour players on Team World.

Matt Kuchar, Gary Woodland and a to-be-named PGA Tour Play will compete as members of the international squadron.

Currently, according to the PGA Tour standings, DeLaet is eighth overall in driving distance, and seventh in greens in regulation percentage.
