After 18 events during the 2014 PGA Tour season, DeLaet has now earned over $2 million. He is in 17th place in the FedExCup, with 954 points.

During the first round at the Colonial Country Club, DeLaet started on the front nine where he shot birdies on holes three, five and eight. For the back nine, DeLaet secured one more birdie on hole 12, before shooting a bogey on hole 14, and back-to-back bogeys on holes 16 and 17. His score for round one was 69, one-under-par.

Then for the second round, DeLaet started on the back nine and scored a birdie on hole 12, and then shot bogeys on holes 16 and 18. Immediately on the first hole of the front nine, DeLaet scored an eagle, and then shot a bogey on hole eight to end the round at even score.
With the cut set at one-over-par, DeLaet was able to continue at the Colonial Country Club with a score of one-under-par after the first two rounds.

Back on the course for the third round, DeLaet started with a birdie on hole one of the front nine, and then shot bogeys on holes six and eight. Then during the back nine, DeLaet shot back-to-back birdies on hole 14 and 15, and then another birdie for hole 18. He ended the round with a 68, two-under-par.

DeLaet will have the week off, while other PGA golfers compete in the Memorial Tournament from Thursday, May 29 to Sunday, June 1.

At the end of June, DeLaet will golf in the inaugural Canada Cup Match, to be held in Halifax, Nova Scotia. The Canada Cup is a week-long celebration of national pride and all things golf in Canada that will also feature the Nova Scotia Open, from June 29 to July 6. Three Canadian PGA Tour stars Mike Weir, Graham DeLaet and David Hearn will compete in a fierce head-to-head battle against an international squadron of PGA Tour players on Team World.
