Emergency vehicles and city workers barricade Fifth Street between Coteau and Bison Avenues after the city workers hit an unmarked gas line while doing maintenance. The road was blocked mid-day Mar. 18 and remained blocked Wednesday morning for crews to safely refill the hole after SaskPower fixed the leak. During the repairs, four homes lost power and many more on the street were evacuated for the safety of the residents.
