The Valentine's Day Gala will include cocktails and appetizers at 6 p.m., a plated dinner at 7 p.m. with a choice of prime rib or baked lemon chicken, and desserts and chocolate fountains.

"Comedian Kelly Taylor is getting great reviews and we all need humour in our lives, it is what gets us through these long Saskatchewan winters," said Erickson. "The meal will be fantastic, amazing ambiance, and everyone will have a great time!"

There will be a special "Diamond in the Ice" fundraising during the evening.

The Hospital Foundation will be selling ice cubes, one of which will contain a one-carat Canadian diamond.
