Weyburn city police and CP Rail employees look over a car that was clipped in the rear end by a train at the Queen Street crossing next to Highway 39 in the early afternoon on Monday. The driver, an 86-year-old woman, was checked out at the scene and was released uninjured. Police said she was waiting for a vehicle to turn onto Highway 39 and hadn’t quite cleared the tracks when the train came by and hit her. The city police continue to investigate the accident with CP Rail.
