Visitors to the National Aboriginal Day Celebration lined up to have a free barbecued hot dog lunch on Thursday at Jubilee Park. The event, put on by CUPE members of Local 5430, Region 4, included cultural crafts and activities, information displays, and community tables as residents came to learn and celebrate Canada’s First Nations peoples on National Aboriginal Day.
