This was part of the provincial conference of ASUPCA (Association of Saskatchewan Urban Parks and Conservation Agencies), which is chaired by Coun. Styles. The organization held a two-day meeting at City Hall, and the tour was to show representatives of other urban parks features of the Tatagwa Parkway.
