Mal Barber is congratulated as he is presented with the Golden Spike Award by Wendy Hoffart of Access Communications, at the Weyburn Chamber of Commerce’s President’s Dinner and AGM on Wednesday evening. Mal is a long-time volunteer and business owner in Weyburn, including being a past president of the Weyburn Chamber and being involved with numerous boards and organizations such as the Young Fellows and Rotary Club, and was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the community over the years.
