Jerome Niemegeers unloads cans and bottles at the new SARCAN in their new location during noon hour on Nov. 6 while SARCAN employees Dennis Whitrow and Greg Procknow count and sort them. Niemegeers said that the new facility is excellent; the waiting area is very spacious and the automatic door is a big improvement over the doors at the old facility, which were heavy and made entering the building difficult while carrying bags.
