The field of runners set out from the starting line for Weyburn’s annual Opportunity Road Race, held from downtown in front of City Hall and the Weyburn Legion Hall on Sunday morning, with the adults taking part in their choice of a 5-km, 10-km or 15-km race route. There was also a children’s mini-mile race held just before the start of the adults race. All proceeds from the Road Race will go the City of Weyburn’s Tatagwa Parkway system.
