Lauren Daae stands with her art work, “Deer in the Mist”, after placing third in the James Weir People’s Choice art competition. The winners were announced on Thursday evening at a public reception in the Allie Griffin Art Gallery. Lauren’s piece is digital painting, created on a tablet on her computer using a photo of a deer for reference.
