Marcel Roy takes the oath of office as he is sworn in as the new mayor for the City of Weyburn, as city solicitor Mike Weger looks on at right, along with city clerk Donette Richter, city manager Bob Smith, and new councillors Jeff Richards (hidden) and Brad Wheeler. The council chambers were filled as many family and friends were on hand for the swearing-in of the new council on Monday evening before they began their first council meeting.
