The Fillmore RCMP were called to a vehicle collision early in the morning of Nov. 29. The 38-year-old male driver was subsequently located and has been charged with driving while over .08.
Weyburn police were called to a report of a disturbance at a local pub at about 11:40 p.m. on Friday. The 34-year-old male patron had left the business before police arrival.

City police are urging anyone using the river to be particularly careful and make sure the ice is thick enough before you venture on. With the very mild temperatures the ice may not be well formed, and now with a covering of snow, even with colder temperatures expected, it will take extra time to freeze to a safe thickness.
Meanwhile, the Fillmore RCMP responded to four separate motor vehicles that hit the ditch on Monday morning, due to the snowy conditions on the highways.
Two of these vehicles resulted in a minor collision on Highway 47 near the junction of Highway 705. There were no reported injuries as a result. The highway was not blocked.
The RCMP reported snow-covered roads with icy patches as well as reduced visibility at this time in this area.
Police advised all motorists travelling in the area to be mindful of changing weather conditions and consult the Highway Hotline toll free at 1-888-335-7623 for the most recent updates.
