Leona Jean McCutcheon, late of Weyburn, SK, formerly of Ceylon, SK,passed away December 5, 2017, at the age of 89 years. Leona was predeceased by her parents: Leonard and Jean Blackmore; her husband, Douglas J McCutcheon; her brothers: Arthur, Laurel (Elsie) and Stewart; her sisters: Adela (Donald), Helen, Bernice, Lois (Kyle), Opal, Ruth, brother in law, Lannon; along with McCutcheon in-laws and their spouses. She is survived by her children: Marjorie (Randle) Bangsund and their family Tricia (Arnold) MacPhail [Lauren, Alexis, Roslyn], Brett (Melanie)  [Rowan, Reece, Oliver, Duncan], Joseph , Kurt, Davin (Samantha), Blaine (Nickie) McCutcheon and their family Kaela (Leon) Dyck, Kelcie (Adam Ward), Kourtney, Glenyce McCutcheon (Dave Westbrook) and their family Megan, Jean (Casey Brown), Christie, Baylee, Leonard (Jodi) McCutcheon, and their children Cara (Norbert Nagy) Lee(Nicole Greyeyes), Melissa; brothers: Harold (Marg) Blackmore, Gaenel (Shirley) Blackmore; sisters: Doris Lawrence, Florence (Dale) Start, Audrey (George) Pelletier, Glenda (Reynold) Larson; brothers-in-law: Arnold Lawrence, David Walker, Jack Fornari; sister-in-law Elaine Blackmore as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. A funeral service for Leona was held on Monday, December 11, 2017 at 2:00p.m from Ceylon United Church, Ceylon, SK  with Rev. Sun-Do Hyun, officiating.Intermentfollowed at Ceylon Cemetery, Ceylon, SK. Active Pallbearers were Leona's grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers were all in attendance.
