This donation was from the Poppy Campaign, which is collected during Remembrance Day from the sale of poppies, and is used to provide direct assistance for veterans and their families. The Extended Care/Veterans Program at the Wascana Rehab Centre provides specialized supportive and long-term care services to 259 residents on seven units.
