Grade 9 student Tiernan Abel traces out the shape of a marijuana leaf, as part of the art for his display on drug and alcohol awareness at the Weyburn Junior High on Thursday. The Grade 9 Health students are preparing displays and information for the Drug and Alcohol Awareness Day to be hosted by the students and the School Community Council; the students of the school will see the information displays and hear a speaker, and in the evening there is an open house from 6:30 to 9 p.m., which the public is invited to attend, with three 20-minute information sessions to be presented, including by the Weyburn Police Service.
