Members of the group Intolerance Free Weyburn march up Third Street opposite McKenna Hall on Friday afternoon, many carrying colourful signs and banners, in an effort to promote their message of love and peace towards all people. The group was peacefully protesting the visit of a controversial American speaker, Peter LaBarbera, to the Saskatchewan Pro-Life conference which was held on Friday and Saturday in Weyburn; some members of the protest group came inside and listened to most of the speakers, and took part by contributing questions to a panel discussion to wrap up the conference on Saturday afternoon.
