Weyburn Comp students in the Entrepreneurship 30 class manufacture individualized glasses from recycled wine and beer bottles as part of their business plan. The students started their business from the ground up, with the goal of creating an eco-friendly product. Kick Glass collects donated glass bottles and creates glasses and candle holders with them, including personalized etchings if requested, as shown here on Apr. 29. The class of 24 has been entered for Saskatchewan business awards and appeared on Dragon's Den to pitch their idea. They do everything from administration to manufacturing. From left are Jamisen Johner, Matthew Geiger, Draven Buchan and Emma Anderson.
