Norma Buydens, Lorraine Wilkinson and Isabelle Butters, of the International Quota Club of Weyburn, gather at the Weyburn Legion Hall to celebrate the launch of the Quota International of Weyburn's 2014 Women of the Year nomination phase. Quota began accepting nominations as of the launch on Monday and will accept them until Friday, March 7. A tea to recognize the nominees will be held on Sunday, March 23 and the awards luncheon is set for Monday, April 7. There are four award categories to nominate women from Weyburn and area for and the nomination forms can be obtained from Quota club members.
