Yellow Grass (cpd) - The Yellow Grass School held their annual book fair on Mar. 21 and 22 in the school's resource centre. The theme was "Aloha to Great Books", and the resource centre was decorated in a tropical look.

All artwork complimented the theme and was provided by students from kindergarten to Grade 6. A good level of support from students, parents, staff and the community made the sales surpass last year's total, so the school was able to choose $1,046 worth of new books for the school library. Support was also received from the Yellow Grass Community Club, the Yellow Grass library, Yellow Grass branch of the Credit Union and Western Prime Meats.

The family event draw was won by Madison Knoll. She received $25 in books and the Grades 1 and2 classes also received $25 in books.
