The mighty Beavers looked like an entirely different team Tuesday night when they lost game two of their playoff series with Regina Red Sox. However, the team did a full 180 last night and triumphantly beat the Red Sox 10-3 on enemy territory.

Right off the bat the Beavers were back scoring two runs in the top of the first. Red Sox did answer back scoring one run at the bottom of the first, but that remained the score until the top of the third when Beavers number eight, Corey Harrell, stepped up to bat and sent one out of the park. Wade Weinburger and Harrell earn two runs for the team.

The top of the fifth was a big inning for the Beavers. Weinburger hit a single to right field allowing Corey Wheaton and Keaton Greenwalt to come on home. Felix Correa hit a triple to right field sending Corey Harrell and Drake Pilat home. And to top the inning off, an error by the third baseman was made giving Cam Williams a chance to make it to first and gave Correa the opportunity to score the team another run.

In the bottom of the fifth the opposing managed to get two runs making the score 9-3, but those would be their last for the night.

Last run scored for the night was a dinger made by Corey Wheaton at the top of the sixth.

The Beavers will play again tonight in Regina. If the team wins, they willl have won the series and will move on the to WMBL Finals. If they lose, they will return to Weyburn on Friday night  for a fifth and final game against the Red Sox.
