The stage musical of “Beauty and the Beast” returns to the Weyburn Comp stage for its second time since its first performance many years ago.
Performances in the Cugnet Centre are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, May 23-25 at 7 p.m., and the matinee is Sunday, May 27 at 2 p.m.
This much-beloved Disney classic is great for all ages and extra effort has been put into the staging and lighting, which will result in even a better production. The actors have been working for weeks with director Colleen Weimer, and are ready “to break a leg” for your enjoyment.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for under 18 and can be purchased at Music Craft or the main office at the school.
The regional track and field meet will be hosted at the Comp track field today, May 16, and the junior music trip will be off to Saskatoon this Thursday and Friday, May 17-18.
