Starting on May 6, take a walk along First Avenue North NE and check out the Walking Gallery!

Installed along the fence of Dom’s Place, former St. Dominic’s School, facing First Avenue NE, this gallery is open to the public.

Members of the Weyburn Arts Council supplied the art pieces, which were installed on Tuesday evening, but community members are invited to contribute pieces to the gallery.

Work can be installed by wiring it to the fence. Pieces can be signed or remain anonymous.

Works will be exposed to the elements and will weather as a result. Works will not be returned to the artists.

The Walking Gallery will be maintained by the Weyburn Arts Council. Inappropriate pieces will be removed.

For more information about the gallery space, please contact Regan at weyburnartscouncil@weyburn.ca or (306) 861-0058.
