The City of Weyburn advised that due to service repairs, First Avenue NE will be closed from Government Road North to Assiniboia Street, on Jan. 20, with detours in place. The photo above was the same section of First Avenue on Thursday, as city crews and SaskPower crews worked on clearing up the mess from the storm and restoring power.
A number of intersections are impacted by this closure, and include:
• 16th St. and First Ave. NE (detours in place)
• Second Street and First Ave. NE (local traffic only)
• Assiniboia Street and First Ave. NE (closed)
• Highfield Crescent and First Ave. NE (local traffic only)
• Qu’Appelle Street and First Ave. NE (closed)
• Government Road N/King Street and First Ave. NE (detours in place)
