The lead vehicles in the convoy rolled through Weyburn shortly after 8 a.m. with horns blasting, on the way to Regina for a rally against the federal carbon tax. The convoy was estimated at around 400 vehicles from Estevan, with a couple hundred more joining from Weyburn, and around 700 registered at Regina. The convoy rolled through the Queen City to Queensbury Downs, where the rally is to be held with a number of speakers, including Premier Scott Moe.
