Photographer Bill Allen took an elevated photo of the convoy participants at the Regina rally against carbon tax on Thursday at the Queensbury Downs parking lot, using a bucket on a boom of a Jerry Mainil Ltd. truck to get him high in the air. Between 7-800 vehicles took part in the convoy from throughout Saskatchewan to converge on the rally where a number of speakers addressed the challenges caused by the federal carbon tax.
