One of the crafts the TD Summer Reading Program did this summer was make handmade volcanoes and for the past couple of weeks, the children have been erupting their volcanoes. In the weeks prior, the children made the volcanoes using a water bottle and paper mache. Some even had the chance to paint theirs to make it look like an actual volcano. The children used a combination of baking soda, vinegar, dish soap, food colouring and water to make their volcanoes explode.
