Const. Adele Breen of the RCMP pulled a weighted mechanism over a concrete surface to measure the amount of resistance the surface provides to a tire. Const. Breen is an accident reconstructionist who investigates an accident scene, and carries out tests and measurements at the scene to determine how an accident occurred, using physics principles and formulas. This mechanism has a tire tread on a weighted block, and is attached to a weigh scale to measure the level of resistance given by the surface. For the whole story about Const.
