Laura Budd spoke at a brief ceremony before the rainbow flag at left was raised at Weyburn City Hall on Saturday for Pride Week. Deputy mayor Jeff Richards was on hand to also speak, and he signed a proclamation for Pride Week in Weyburn, and Police Chief Marlo Pritchard helped in the raising of the flag.
