As these clinics include children who are 12 and up, these clinics will administer the Pfizer vaccine, the only vaccine approved at this point for those aged 12-18.
The clinics will be held on the following dates and times: Thursday, June 10 from 3-7 p.m.; Monday, June 14 from 3-7 p.m.; Tuesday, June 15 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Thursday, June 17 from 3-7 p.m., and Monday, June 21 from 3-7 p.m.
Traffic is asked to come up Highway 39 from Third Street. Organizers request that motorists do not cross Highway 39 from 16th Street.
A clinic has also been set for Ogema on Wednesday, June 16, from 3-7 p.m. at the Ogema Heritage Hall.
Based on eligibility, an appointment can be scheduled by calling 1-833-SASKVAX (727-5829), or can be booked online at www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19-vaccine.
As a reminder, when your child presents to the vaccine clinic, please ensure they are wearing a short-sleeved shirt and brings their health card and consent form. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child. However, their child is able to attend the clinic on their own with the signed consent.
