A clinic has also been set for Ogema on Wednesday, June 16, from 3-7 p.m. at the Ogema Heritage Hall.

Based on eligibility, an appointment can be scheduled by calling 1-833-SASKVAX (727-5829), or can be booked online at www.saskatchewan.ca/covid19-vaccine.

As a reminder, when your child presents to the vaccine clinic, please ensure they are wearing a short-sleeved shirt and brings their health card and consent form. Parents are encouraged to attend with their child. However, their child is able to attend the clinic on their own with the signed consent.
