Volunteer instructor Danette Tracey told a group of Grade 5 students from Haig School some of the basics for playing Canada's sport of curling, during a learn-to-curl session at the Weyburn Curling Rink on Wednesday. Danette was assisted by her daughter Callie in helping to teach some of the rules and techniques of the game to the students. Many of the Grade 5 and 6 classes from Weyburn schools have taken part in the learn-to-curl program.
