The public reception for the James Weir People’s Choice art exhibition will be held at the Allie Griffin Art Gallery, starting at 7 p.m. The top three winners in the competition will be announced, along with the runners-up.
The first performance of the musical, “All Shook Up”, will be held at Grace United Church at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 each, available at Music Craft or the United Church office.
Friday
The Pink Day concert with Sask Express will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Cugnet Centre, with all elementary school students and staff to be attending.
The Weyburn Public Library will hold a matinee movie at 2 p.m., “Brand New Testament”, in the Allie Griffin auditorium.
The second performance of “All Shook Up” will be held at Grace United Church at 7 p.m., directed by Colleen Weimer. Tickets at the door are $15 each.
The Richardson Pioneer Red Wings will hold their final home game of the SJHL season at Crescent Point Place, with puck drop at 7:30 p.m. 100 Kids Who Care Weyburn will have a special video presentation before the game at 7 p.m. and they will present a donation to the charity of their choice during the first intermission. As well, a live jersey auction will be held during the second intermission, and the Young Fellows Club have guaranteed a total pot of $3,000 for the 50/50.
Saturday-Sunday
The final performance of the musical, All Shook Up, will be held on Saturday at Grace United Church starting at 7 p.m. Tickets at the door are $15 each.
“Girls Fight Back” self-defence training will be held at the Weyburn MMA gym on Sunday, from 1 to 3 p.m.
