Prime Minister Justin Trudeau presented Weyburn teacher Karen Kennedy-Allin with the Certificate of Excellence in Teaching, at a ceremony in Ottawa on Tuesday. Karen teaches Physics, Biology and Environmental Science at the Weyburn Comprehensive School, and has been teaching for over 25 years.
