Weyburn police to hold bike rodeo

The Jumpstart Bike Rodeo will take place Friday, August 14, from 1-4 p.m. at the Sports Arena parking lot, located at 327 Mergens Street, for children ages five to 13. This program will be organized by the Weyburn Police Service.

The Jumpstart Bike Rodeo will take place Friday, August 14, from 1-4 p.m. at the Sports Arena parking lot, located at 327 Mergens Street, for children ages five to 13. This program will be organized by the Weyburn Police Service.

The bike rodeo will be in full compliance with the guidelines and restrictions as required by the Chief Medical Health Officer and regulated under the Government of Saskatchewan’s Re-open Saskatchewan plan. Spectators will be required to follow physical distancing protocols.

Registration deadline is Friday, August 7. By registering, you are entered to win a grand prize from Canadian Tire Weyburn. There will also be many other prizes given away during the event.

Financial assistance is available from the Jumpstart Charity for those in need of a bicycle and helmet. Bicycles and helmets are required for the Jumpstart bike rodeo.
