(Submitted) - On February 4, the big McLeod Series between Estevan Comprehensive School and Weyburn Comprehensive School began. The boys tipped-off at 5:00 p.m., while the girls played at 7:00 p.m. in the Cugnet Centre. The second half of the McLeod Series is in Estevan on February 11.
On the weekend, the senior girls' basketball team is travelling to a tournament in North Battleford.
A residential school survivor came back to speak at WCS on February 5, while the SRC is going on a retreat to Regina on February 8 and 9.
The music trip for 2015 has been approved to Denver leaving on May 6 and returning the morning of May 11. Arrangements are being made to attend a Broadway Across America presentation, a dinner theater, a festival, an amusement park and a Rockies baseball game.
