Arliss Ione Overbye, late of Regina, SK passes away February 11, 2018 at the age of 84 years. Arliss was predeceased by her parents Austin and Ida Olson; her husband Erik Overbye. Arliss is survived by her daughter: Susan (Len) Parker, Balgonie, SK and their children: Lyndee, Rylan; son Aaron (Jennifer) Overbye, Stony Mountain, MB; brother Clifford Olson, Langley, BC; sister-in-law Margaret Overbye, Weyburn, SK; as well numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service for Arliss was held Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. from Saron Cemetery, Lake Alma, SK with Pastor Kelly Henning officiating. Active Pallbearers were: Rylan Parker, Lukas Overbye, Mark Overbye, Michael Throssell, Wayne Throssel and Bill Deal. Honorary Pallbearers were all in attendance. Luncheon was held at Faith Free Lutheran Church, Lake Alma, SK. For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Arliss may be made to the Global Advance-Douglas Work Special, c/o Living Hope Alliance Church, Box 32011, Regina, SK, S4N 7L2.
