A prospective player for the Red Wings went in close to take a shot on net, only to have the goalie stonewall him during one of the round of scrimmage games held on Sunday at Crescent Point Place. Many players from Manitoba, Alberta and Saskatchewan converged on the rink for the two-day spring camp for the Red Wings, and after several scrimmage games, new teams were chose and three prospects games were played on Sunday afternoon as coaches and scouts had a look at the players abilities.
