Weyburn Gold Wings player Sierra Meroniuk passed the puck from behind the net to Dakota Bowler in front who then scored the game's first goal, in the Gold Wings game versus Melville on Dec. 21 at Crescent Point Place, with Payton Mabee looking on. Melville tied the game, and it remained that way until the end of regulation time, with Melville scoring in overtime to take the win.
