Team Kleiter consisting of Madison Kleiter, Emily Haupstein, Skylar Ackerman, Abbey Johnson, and coach Clare Johnson competed in the invitational Excel Cup in Edmonton which ran from November. 29 to December. 1. Local curlers were Emily Haupstein, Abbey Johnson & coach Clare Johnson. Team Kleiter won the bonspiel having played a total of seven games against teams from Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Team Kleiter added that they would like the thank all their sponsors for supporting them.
