Weyburn Minor Football held a Minor Football Day on Saturday, September 7, which involved four Minor Football games being played throughout the day. The Weyburn Minor Football teams that played during the Football Day were the U10 Apex Distribution Cardinals, the U12 Crescent Point Energy Eagles, the U14 Youngfellow Falcons and the U14 Par Contracting Ravens.
The Eagles started the day off strong by beating the Estevan Chargers 32-25.
Later in the day the Falcons and the Ravens both absolutely dominated their opponents. The Falcons crushed the Estevan Oilers 47-0 and to end Football Day off, the Ravens conquered the Assiniboia Rockets 41-0.
