Red Wings fall to Ice Wolves

The Richardson Pioneer Weyburn Red Wings hosted the La Ronge Ice Wolves on Wednesday night and fell 4-0.

Noah Decottignies played the first 20 minutes of the game in net, but after the Ice Wolves put up three in the first, Aaron de Kok was put in net for the second and third periods. Decottignies stopped eight of the 11 shots he saw, while de Kok stopped 19 of the 20 shots he saw. Final shots were 31-29 for the Ice Wolves.

de Kok was awarded the third star for the Red Wings, Shayde Peterson was awarded the second and Liam Rutten was awarded the first.

The Red Wings next game is this Saturday in Melville against the Millionaires.
