With the Red Wings Fall Camp starting up on August 30th, the Red Wings organization is annoucing players from last year's roster that are returning for the Fall Camp. So far they have announced that 2000 born Defensemen, Jevon Schwean, and 2000 born Right Winger, Jacob Piller, will be attending the camp.

The schedule for the fall camp is as follows. It will start with an on-ice session at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 30, 1 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31 and 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 1. The annual Red and White Game will start at 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 2.

Head coach Rich Pilon said he’s looking for players that stand out as team players.

“We are looking for good hard-working players with a positive attitude so that when things get tough, they keep getting up. It’s all about trying to be a little better each day not only on the ice, but off the cie. Team first is a must. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go as a team.”

The first preseason game for the Red Wings is on Tuesday, Sept. 3 at Affinity Place against the Estevan Bruins. The following day they are at home hosting the Yorkton Terriers. They play a home-and-home series against the Notre Dame Hounds on Sept. 6 and 7, with the Red Wings hosting the first game. All games start at 7:30 p.m.

The first official game of the 2019-20 season is on Friday, Sept. 13, with the Red Wings hosting their Highway 39 rivals, the Bruins, at Crescent Point Place.
