Two coaches and 12 athletes from the southeast district will be attending the Canada Winter Games in Halifax this month. The athletes who will be participating in the games include: Shaelyn Olafson of Moosomin - Figure Skating; Alexis Larson of Weyburn - Female Hockey; Taylor Woods of Wilcox - Female Hockey; Jocelyn Sabourin of Oxbow - Female Hockey; Tyler King of Pilot Butte - Male Hockey; Tanner Faith of Wilcox - Male Hockey; Tim McGauley of Wilcox - Male Hockey; Ty McLean of Redvers - Male Hockey; Cory Milette of Storthoaks - Male Hockey; Carmen Agar of Emerald Park - Ringette; Mackenzie Kohl of Montmartre - Target Shooting; and Kyran Miller of Emerald Park - Wheelchair Basketball.
The two coaches who will be attending the games are: Ken Chipley of Estevan - Archery; and Darrell Liebrecht of White City - Ringette.
The Winter Games open on February 11.
