Red Wings player Jordan Kazymyra let go a shot at point-blank range on the Estevan goal and the puck was kicked out past him, during first-period action versus the Bruins at Crescent Point Place on Saturday evening. He didn’t score on this play, but he did score in the second period, and the Wings had the game tied up 2-2 before Estevan scored six unanswered goals in the third period to win 8-2. The night before, Weyburn lost to Notre Dame 7-3, and head coach Wes Rudy was gone before the Estevan game, with Kyle Haines taking over behind the bench.
