The WCS Eagles football team’s record fell to 2-1 after their first loss of the season to the Swift Current Colts 33-0 on Saturday afternoon at Darold Kot Field. The Colts took a 17-0 lead into the half.

The WCS Eagles football team’s record fell to 2-1 after their first loss of the season to the Swift Current Colts 33-0 on Saturday afternoon at Darold Kot Field.

The Colts took a 17-0 lead into the half. The boys came out strong in the third quarter and moved the ball well on offense but they couldn’t punch it in for a score.

The Eagles got 72 yards rushing from Austin Knupp (shown above, No. 32) and 66 yards from Ben Michel. Ryder Knox and Mason Tosczak each had an interception for the Eagles. The Colts got three touchdowns from Rhett Vavra.
