The Weyburn Crescent Point Energy Peewee Eagles finished first in the league and earned a first-round bye in the playoffs. Their next action will be Thursday, Oct. 18, in Weyburn on the Weyburn Minor Football field versus the winner of the Estevan and Moose Jaw Lions match this week.

The Weyburn Comp Eagles, meantime, hosted the Moose Jaw Peacock Tornadoes on Thursday at Darold Kot Field, and were defeated 14-0 on a snowy field.
